I’ve been swimming since I was fourteen and I never really stopped. I swam Division I at TCU and UIW, and I’ve been coaching since 2021.

After I finished my masters I needed something to point at. Triathlon turned out to be a good transition out of swimming. Waco was my first half in 2023, and I did Salem this year.

I also have a passion for cinematography, and Collecting Texas is how I put that together with training. I put 135 places in Texas into a binder. Every week a number picks one, a wheel picks what I do when I get there, and I film all of it.

Texas is the first binder. There are other states after this one, maybe other countries, and I want the people watching to have a hand in where it goes next.

I’m in the middle of a cut too, and I film that, because the middle is the part nobody posts.
